The Jurassic Coast has been attracting a huge amount of interest from the wider world. At the end of September alone, we have had experts from Northern Ireland, Spain (the Basque Country) and Vietnam visiting our coast, meeting people involved in sustainable development and talking to the team.
Those from Northern Ireland were treated to a beautiful sunny trip along the East Devon coast on a Stuart Line cruise; while our Basque friends explored the amazing Beer Quarry Caves. The visitors from Cat Tien National Park in Vietnam braced the windy conditions to visit Stair Hole and Lulworth Cove and discussed the impacts of World Heritage status with members of the Jurassic Coast Team and James Weld from Lulworth Estates.
It is a privilege to be able to share the Jurassic Coast and our experiences with people from far and wide, and equally fascinating to hear about how things are done in other parts of the world.
